Synopsis

 

The Financial Fairy Tales series of books represent a new approach to Financial Education. By making learning about money serious fun, the books entertain as well as educate, whilst introducing children to important money related concepts such as saving, investment, honesty and enterprise.

Dreams Can Come True is the first book in the series and follows the adventures of Tom a woodcutter’s son with big dreams. Under the guidance of his wealthy uncle he raises his aspirations and uses his talents to pursue the life of his dreams.

Daniel Britton is an education consultant and a specialist in financial literacy and enterprise awareness. This former financial adviser, teacher and school leader has combined his experience to produce The Financial Fairy Tales, a fun series of books which help younger children learn about money, enterprise and the business of life.

Daniel is currently based in Glasgow, where he has been working with the education authorities to promote financial and enterprise education. He is also an in demand speaker and runs training events for teachers and parents across the UK and internationally.
